Peanut Butter Nutella Cheesecake (Gluten Free!)



Yes, this cheesecake is as good as it sounds.  As a matter of fact, we may say its to die for, because this has everything you could ask for!  Nutella, Peanut butter, Chocolate Chips, Coconut, and Pecans...all baked into a delicious, melt in your mouth cheesecake.  Try it for yourself..you know you want to!  Even better, its gluten free, so everyone can enjoy it!


Bake Time: 55 min. approx.
Ingredients
For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups gluten free cookies (crushed)
1/3 cup butter (melted)
For the Filling:
5 packages cream cheese 8 oz (softened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup nutella
1 tbsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Topping
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup chocolate chips


Instructions
1.  Mix cookies and butter in smalll bowl, press into greased 10 inch spring form pan and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.  Remove and cool.
2.  Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add peanut butter, nutella, and vanilla.
3.  Add eggs and beat on low until just combined.  Lastly stir in chocolate chips.
4.  Pour into pan.  On top sprinkle coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips.
5.  Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.  Cool for one hour before pulling from pan.
