My Gramma's Coconut Pie

Obviously having withstood the test of time, this is a recipe to die for!  A light, but creamy, coconut pie for all those coconut fans.  Not only is it delicious though, it is also extremely easy to make!  Try it for yourself, we know you'll love it!

My Gramma's Coconut Pie
Bake Time: 55 min.
Ingredients
2 cups milk 
1 cup sugar 
4 eggs 
1/2 cup flour 
6 Tbsp butter 
1 tsp rum extract 
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
1.  Mix all ingredients in blender for 15 seconds.
2.  Scrape sides and add 1 1/2 cups coconut flakes, blend for 10 more seconds.
3.  Place in a greased deep dish pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes...yum!
