Baked Wild Rabbit |
Bake Time: 4-6 hrs. approx.
Ingredients
1 Whole Rabbit or Squirrel
1 onion (chopped)
2 cups mushrooms (chopped)
1 can celery soup
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp powdered garlic
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp parsely
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dill weed
Instructions
1. Take
rabbit or squirrel and place in a dutch oven with all ingredients
2. Cover
and bake at 275F for 4-6 hours or until the meat falls off the bone.
3. Serve
over noodles, rice or with pan fried potatoes.
