These stuffed mushrooms are wonderful as a side dish or on their own. They make great appetizers or Football Sunday snacks!
Bake Time: 15 min.
Ingredients
24 large mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 cup shreeded swiss cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp oninons (minced)
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Remove mushroom stems and save for later. Take mushroom caps and sprinkle with lemon juice, set aside.
2. Cut up stems and sautee in butter with onion until soft.
3. Add bread crumbs, 1/2 cheese, and spices, to onion mixture.
4. Take a small spoonful and place on top of each mushroom cap.
5. Take the remaining 1/2 of the cheese and sprinkle on top.
6. Bake at 350 F for 15 min.
